Terms of Service

Welcome to Cloud Academic Affairs

This is an online collaborative software for enterprises and team users. The software is provided by Moma Chuangxiang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. to realize cloud computing-based team collaborative Internet services for users.

These Terms of Service are your agreement with Moma Chuangxiang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Moma Chuangxiang"). This clause will be amended if necessary without further notice.

Once the revised terms are published on the website, they will effectively replace the original terms of service.


1. account

You need to register an account for cloud education before using cloud education. At the same time, you need to carefully read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of Cloud Education, and submit the necessary personal and team information to complete the registration after fully reading and understanding the provisions of the relevant agreements. Any information related to you and your team obtained by Moma Innovation will be used safely in accordance with the relevant terms of Privacy Policy.

The account you registered is managed and used by you, but the account still belongs to Moma Innovation. Unless you violate the relevant provisions of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, Moma Innovation will permanently retain your right to use the registered account.

Please keep your account name and password properly. When you have used it, you should quit safely. You shall bear the responsibility for the theft or password due to your poor custody.

Using cloud teaching is free, but it does not include our paid versions and functions for advanced users.

If you are willing to use some paid services of Cloud Academic Affairs, this will mean that you agree to pay all the fees. After you submit your application for paid products, Moma Chuangxiang will provide a payment method for third-party online service institutions recognized by us and ask you to pay the relevant fees. After successful payment, it means that you have obtained the right to use the paid service and have concluded the transaction. Unless the service cannot be provided normally due to the reason of the motorcycle idea, we will not refund the service fee you have paid.

In addition, due to your violation of the relevant provisions of Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and the account is unavailable, Moma Innovation will not refund the service fee of the paid product during its unused period.

The following acts are firmly opposed and prohibited by us:

    (1) Carry out any form of reverse engineering, reverse compilation, disassembly, or copy and imitate the design of this website in competitive products.

    (2) Use the communication function of cloud academic affairs to send spam, frequently harass other users and cause user disgust.

THE COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK RIGHTS OF MOMA CHUANGXIANG'S "CLOUD ACADEMIC AFFAIRS", "WORKBENCH" LOGO AND OTHER COMMERCIAL LOGOS USED IN THIS SERVICE BELONG TO MOMA CHUANGXIANG. The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content contained in the service are protected by law. No one may use or create relevant derivative works in any form without the written permission of Moma Creator, users or relevant rights holders.

5. Force majeure and exemption

You understand and agree that in the process of using the service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure to interrupt the service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, government actions, etc. When the above situation occurs, Moma Chuangxiang will try to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to repair it in time, but the losses caused to you by this will be exempted from liability within the scope permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Moma Innovation is not responsible for the interruption or obstruction of services caused by:

    (1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojan horses or other malicious programs or hackers;

    (2) The computer software, system, hardware and communication lines created by the user or Moma are faulty.

    (3) Inappropriate user operation

    (4) Users use the service in a non-Mocha Creative Authorization

    (5) Other situations beyond the control or reasonably foreseen of Moma Creation

You understand and agree that the service is not designed for certain specific purposes, including but not limited to important fields such as nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communications, etc. If the above operation fails due to software or service reasons, Moma Chuangxiang is not legally liable for human casualties, property losses and environmental damage.

6. Entry into force and termination

By using the services of Moma Creation, you are deemed to have read this agreement and are bound by this agreement. Moma Chuangxiang has the right to modify the terms of this agreement if necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant service page. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services that Moma Chuangxiang provides, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by Moma Innovation.
Moma Innovation may change the service content or interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

If any of the following situations occur, Moma Chuangxiang has the right to interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:

    (1) According to the law, you should submit real information, and the personal information you provide is untrue, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration, and cannot provide reasonable proof;

    (2) You violate relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement;

    (3) According to the law or the requirements of the competent department;

    (4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

Moma Chuangxiang has the right to charge in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of this agreement. If you fail to pay in full and on time, Moma Chuangxiang has the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

7. Jurisdiction and application of the law

    The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding the conflict law). If there is any dispute or dispute between you and Moma Innovation, it should be settled through friendly negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where Moma Innovation is located.

    The title of all the terms of this agreement is for convenience only, and there is no actual meaning in itself. It cannot be used as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.

    Regardless of the reason why the terms of this agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
